Bought a Cap for My Truck Over The Weekend
So now my dogs can go for rides without getting dog hair all over the inside of the car.

Anyone else have dogs who love to ride in their trucks?

1. Which is it???
....cap, canopy, top, topper, shell, camper shell, bonnet and the latest we've seen ...hard top!!!!!

....We have been trying to find a 'roof rack' to fit specifically on that 'thing' that sits upon the truck bed....

....so (online) we've weeded through the manufacturers product lists for all these different names....and it is EXHAUSTING.

....arghh....How could 'one simple' truck accessory end up with so many different identities!!!!!

PS...Tikki loves to 'go bye-bye' in the Truck. To her...even a trip to the grocery store... is an adventure.

3. It's a Fiberglass Shell
It effectively turns the truck into a two-door station wagon. It's truly amazing how many names these shings have.

:-)

2. remember Nissan's commercials "Dogs Like Trucks"...?
The new Nissan campaign, designed to reclaim the automotive manufacturer's heritage and redefine its image, is a study in advertising as entertainment. The common thread of the campaign is the Zen-like wisdom provided by an aging Asian hero, and the ethereal, other-worldly feeling evoked by symphonic bells, harmonics, and Eastern mysticism. Two seemingly unconnected phrases repeat themselves: "Life Is a Journey, Enjoy the Ride," and "Dogs Like Trucks." Profound or silly, you decide.

Mine does. Will go anywhere, around the corner, across the country. Sheds the whole time. I try to look at the shedding as a sort of "sharing"...
