The other night I kept putting him down when he climbed on my shoulder (he weighs about 12 pounds now :(..) and he found a piece of crackley plastic, brought it over to me and proceeded to eat it.. Then he flicked his tail, said "Brrrrip" and took off.. I guess he though he was punsishing me..

Merlin is a very big kitty. He weighs 28 pounds. Cute pictures

he weighs quite a bit, but not THAT much.. How do you carry him to the vet?? I had to take Skunkie the other day and he weighs 17 + .. It darned near broke my arm carrying him and the carrier:(

him and will hang over my arms like a sack of potatoes, which would eventually cause me to drop him. Luckily he is pretty healthy inspite of his eating habits. Breakfast: kitty food Snack: puppy food Nother snack: whatever James (son) is having for breakfast, and then the rest of the day is spent foraging until dinner time....sigh

when we flew our dog with us from KansasCity.. Back then , even if they were to be in the cabin with you, they still had to have an "approved" carrying kennel.. Naturally the only place you could get an "approved" kennel was from the airlines.. So our portable kennel is way heavier and bigger than the ones available at petstores now...

I can actually (if I could lift it) get 3 or 4 of our smaller cats in it.. When we had our lab puppies, years ago, I transported all 9 of them in it when they had to go to the vets for their puppy shots.. The thought of multiple trips, did not "do it " for me.....But... at about 6 pounds apiece, I had to have both my sons go with me to carry the darned thing./.:)

Pretty cats! Now, I have to get pics of mine, if they don't mind. :D

She gets a little extra kick for being AshKKKroft repellant. :)
