4. Story filed at 0131 GMT
That's 6:31 AM on the East Coast, and 3:31 AM on the West.

This was the biggest one yet, an X20 or better. Fortunately, the CME was not directed at the Earth.

And hyperactive solar "area 486" shows no sign of going away any time soon.
