USS Nimitz returns to port - crew failed to hang thier banner

I mean, if they are returning to port, accomplishing thier mission. Isn't this when the crew of a carrier normally hangs up the standard issue mission accomplished banner?

Therefore the flight was cancelled. Therefore there was no delivery of any sign. The Faux Nitwit was soooo disappointed. Shit-for-Brains is blaming the missing flight suit on the CIA.
