I buy very few games and I've been waiting months for this...now its here. yay!

2. Better than GTA III
The fighting and gunplay is soooo much better. LA is damn close to real life. Its a cool hybrid between dead to Rights Enter the MAtrix and GTA.

4. Its a rogue cop game.
It looks a lot like GTA except the characters are better. You have better use of targeting. You can shoot from your car. The Traffic is more realistic (they stop at stoplights. They rear end you on the freeway. They have several storylines instead of one, depending if you are a good cop or a bad cop. If you fail a mission, the story changes. And LA is quite realistic.

You have free reign of the city. You can even pat people down to check for drugs or weapons.
