Undies burglar says he just can't help himself

BILLINGS, Montana - Jesse Leggett claims the women's underwear was his. But police didn't buy it.

Leggett is accused of breaking into the Billings, Mont., home of a woman he knows and stealing her shoes and underthings.

Prosecutors say Leggett later changed his story and admitted to the break-in, saying he has a fetish and can't help himself. He's scheduled to be arraigned in Billings Thursday on charges of felony burglary.
