7. Use Paintbrush to resize it... comes standard with Windows.

Go to Start Menu, Then choose "Run" then type "pbrush" and enter...

Open your picture in paintbrush, then go to "Image" on the menu, choose Stretch/Skew, then enter percentages in the Horizontal and Vertical boxes for the percentage you want to shrink it down to... Make sure you enter the SAME percentage in each box, or it will skew the picture.

Then host it and post it. Good luck.
