Senior Moment: I Can't Remember A Name... Can You Help?
He's the short stocky fellow who wears a snow-white afro-wig. The wig almost looks like it's been spray painted with Krylon. He's an astrologer and I think he talks to the dead. He appears on 2nd rate talk shows as "filler" material.

His name is on the tip of my tongue... but it won't come to me. HELP!!

I am not one to normally put a lot of stock in outward appearances and fashion choices, but I would be somewhat leery of the pronouncements of anyone who chooses this particular head adornment.

you dig this guy up at??? i got one better..there`s a guy on a spanish channel that dresses in golden flowing robes,a fright wig,sits on a gilded throne and in his bejeweled hand rests a sceptor. he gives out preditions-astrology i`ve never seen anything like him on television,he is truly amazing to see...

Walter does not decorate his head with defunct poodle parts.

He wears beautiful clothes and gives hope and self esteem to little drag princesses all over Latin America!
