So for the first time in my life, I am walking for exercise.....

I always walked a lot but that was to get places....

Now I'm so far our in the suburbs, a walk to any place good can take over two hours there and back..

So I'm going to "drive" to that walking track my city has built so that we can all get exercise in this motor based suburb we call home.....

Oh the irony and it isn't even apparent to those who live here.....

If I didn't have the O2 tank, I'd just walk to the high school track and run ten laps.....

Oh well.....

A friend sent me a picture of a 24 Hour Fitness Gym that had a huge escalator leading up a short hill to the front door! Only in America!

Forgot to add: Good for you! And keep up the good work...I drive to my gym, as do most people I know...Otherwise the gym routine takes all day...

Geting out to walk....

Oh well, It was hard for me but I made two full laps.... Only One Mile but hey, last year at this time I couldn't make it to the end of the driveway and back with out stopping for a rest.....
