It's a good idea to keep them in the frig after opening, especially in hot weather.

3. Last I checked, you had to add the cream....
I think they use coffee or who knows what for the actual ingredients in Kaluha. You do have to add the "cream". Whatever, I'm into wine so I really am not a source on this...
