I'm an Atheist and my thread about god was moved to Religion and Theology.
:wtf: I take genuine offense to that. I was trying to have a serious discussion about human perceptions on the nature of god and it was moved to Religion & Theology. The DU equivalent of the catacombs beneath Rome, where it will be dead and buried and forgotten about.

The title was kind of offensive (at least to me), but
with that aside, it was moved for a reason. I guess they thought it would get more coverage where they put it.

5. Actually I always thought R&T moved fairly quickly for a subforum. And
it thends to be given over to debates about God's existence or lack thereof.. so I can see how the thread got landed there.

15. But it still deals with God.. or the lack thereof. I mean you can make the
same argumnet that a discussion of anti-matter shouldn't be placed in a matter forum... but probably it would be.

If you're trying to have a discussion about ' human perceptions on the nature of god' it should be in the Religion and Theology.

can be examined scientifically from many different points of view. You can look at it psychologically, sociologically, anthropologically, etc.
