*sigh* two more interviews this week.
I have one job interview for tomorrow afternoon, and one for Friday. I have submitted countless resume's, gone to about 5 interviews in the past month, and I am just exhausted. I think that everyone who has been in my shoes can agree that being un-employed is more difficult than working full time!

I do have an odd feeling about things. It is as if something is building towards something. Maybe it is the fact that I am not nervous about interviews anymore because I have done so many, but I have to get something sometime!

1. Keep going! You'll make it!
That feeling is confidence. You're getting the interview process down and that calm will reflect in your meetings!

3. Logic would dictate that you are probably getting better
at being interviewed. I'll bet your new job is going to happen soon. Good luck.:hi:

5. After a long drought, I'm getting responses to my resume now!
Edited on Wed Jul-27-05 05:47 PM by Ready4Change
For a long time I not only got no interviews, I didn't even get responses. I recently revamped my resume and now am getting responses, and had my first interview in a long, long time.

I dream of having multiple interviews per week. You're ahead of the curve, Sannum, or at least ahead of mine. :)

Hang in there. I will too.

6. I hope that this week is the one....
I need this. Financially and emotionally. My resume is very articulate and detailed, so maybe that is what has gotten me responses. Last week, I found out that I would have gotten this job that I really wanted, but a day before they were going to call me, they had a hiring freeze. The second one this summer. Thanks George:eyes:

Good Luck:hi:

7. I've been working for a few weeks
after being unemployed for almost a year. (And......*shhhhhhhhhh*...... I love my job....getting paid to do something I love doing, health, dental and vision insurance- what a concept!)

Go with your gut. Something will come through for you and I wish you all the happiness, salary increase and bennies in the world when it does!

8. Good luck! I have one myself tomorrow
Not really an interview but a PC skills test. If I pass I can start Monday but the shift is from 3pm-12 and I don't have a car x(
