Why do people jump to conclusions so fast on GD....
Take for instance this little brew ha ha here in Cleveland about the Cuyahoga County Judges being excused from hearing a case against Republican gov Taft regarding the selling of favors..

Now the fact that 33 or 34 of the counties 38 or 39 judges are democrats was taken as the reason the Supreme court, dominated by GOP judges, for the exclusion...

Never mind the fact that the case was brought in Civil court by one of the sitting Cuyahoga County Commissioners. They had no choice but to excuse the whole bench, citing a conflict of interest. Reason, the commissioners control the purse strings of the common pleas court....

Well, there were several post with people getting all indignant and claiming that the fix was in because of the dominance of dem judges on the court......

Three days later, I post that the Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court appointed a retired Democratic judge from a neighboring county to hear the case.

One Post on my thread....

Now I am as gung ho as the next guy, and lord knows there are hundreds, nay thousands of examples of GOP corruption and abuse of power. But let's pick our fights reasonably and with care so that when the truth does come out, we are proven right instead of wrong.....

That's all I'm saying

1. Because jumping to conclusions is the only way for some
There are those who want to see "the fix" in everything; it's just the way it is..
