Victim of stun gun wielding cross-dresser tells her story

BROADVIEW HEIGHTS -- She thwarted an attack from a cross dressing stun gun toting swimmer, now this Broadview Heights lifeguard is telling her survival story to Target 3...

Last Monday evening as she closed the pool at Macintosh Farms, Pam says Fletcher asked to swim.

“He looked like a man that was, no mistake, he was wearing a bikini and he had breasts,” she says.

Pam says within minutes inside the pool, Fletcher grabbed her...
