Bush To London Bombers: 'Bring It On' (The Onion)
I searched, and as far as I can tell nobody has posted this yet.

NEWS IN BRIEF
Bush To London Bombers: 'Bring It On'
WASHINGTON, DC—President Bush officially responded to the latest round of London transit bombings Monday, challenging terrorists to "do their worst." Said Bush, in a televised statement from the Oval Office: "The proud and resilient people of London can take anything the forces of evil and cowardice can throw at them. They will never live in fear of you. Bring it on." Prime Minister Tony Blair thanked Bush for his comments, inviting him to visit London and ride the Underground in a show of solidarity.

2. His first "Bring it on"
was already suffering from such an excess of hubris and irony that you really can't top it, even in jest.

5. "Blair thanked Bush - inviting him to visit London & ride the Underground"
Go for a ride Georgie boy; you've got a month to play while others are dying in your war or being tortured in your prisons ..... you don't want to just ride in your truckie and chop shrubs every day ...

Peace.

www.missionnotaccomplished.us - How ever long it takes, the day must come when tens of millions of caring individuals peacefully but persistently defy the dictator, deny the corporatists their cash flow, and halt the evil being done in Iraq and in all the other places the Bu$h neoconster regime is destroying civilization and the environment in the name of "America."

17. "Shit" is allowed.
As long as you aren't using it as a personal attack. Like, for example, it would be against the rules for me to call another DUer a shithead.

8. It's a sad day when parody and real life are indistinguishable
You know, that article doesn't sound too far off from something the moran-in-chief would actually say.

And that is what's TRULY frightening :scared:
