4. Dumb ass idea to hold that thing in VA in the middle of summer
It is either a million degrees or raining like crazy. It is costing the families of those boys $2000+ to send them there from distant parts of the country, the least they could do is find a reasonable place/time to hold the thing.

Last time, in 2001, chimp canceled out his visit because of the rain too, but never rescheduled, made a video presentation instead.
