I'm packing up- moving to my new (AC!!!) place tomorrow!

I rented a room from a nice liberal jewish family for the school year- 500$/mt includes utilities, cable, wireless internet, laundry, AND they don't care if my boyfriend sleeps over :evilgrin:

6. is it sad I'm most psyched about the central air?
After 4 months of living in a sweltering, non-AC, non-fan room...the thought of AC and sleeping comfortably is...delish.

That price is pretty much unheard of in the Greater Boston area. Does the family also live in the house? That's often the situation in which you can get the best deal. Is it in Newton or Brookline? If so, that is an incredibly amazing deal! Enjoy! :hi:
