1. What's wrong with the day you adopted them?
:)

2. I've had 3 cats
born on October 5th. Two of them were from the same litter. One was not. October cats seem to be a common theme for me. Maybe you could pick a date that has some significance to you like the date of the death of a pet from long ago or the birthday depending on how you look at it. You could use the birthday of that pet to thank whoever you do or don't believe in for sending you the cherished pet. Or use the date that pet died to keep their memory alive by signifying reincarnation, if you believe in it. Maybe something like that would work.

3. I would go with the day you adopted them :)

You are such a wonderful person for adopting...seriously. :yourock: Also, as a friendly reminder, if they aren't already spayed and neutered, don't forget that too! :)

I have a 5 year old I got from a shelter and we celebrate her birthday on the day we adopted her - only seems appropriate :)

Once again, kudos to you for adopting and saving not only one but TWO lives. You're a truly kind soul!

4. I thought of that
Igamoo was adopted yesterday at 7 and YES!! he is neutered. My friend is picking up Kootch today after they do his surgery. DDFL won't let you adopt UNLESS they are neutered. So I will celebrate Igamoo's birthday yesterday and Kootch today....Does that make them both Leo's??

If I didn't live in 550 sq feet, I'd adopted all of them.

PICS to follow!

friesianrider....Igamoo was returned to DDFL because his owner didn't like him and he wasn't getting along with the dogs  but he is a sweetheart. He is a cuddle bug, eats well, went potty and meows only when he wants to be picked up for love. They say he is 12 lbs but I think he is bigger handsome boy..I am blessed with two beautiful boys

5. My boy was named after Abbie Hoffman and my girl named after...
...Evita Peron.

So my cat Abbott's birthday is November 30th and Evita's is May 7th. But we also celebrate the anniversary of when we got together too!
