Just received and email that Promissed To Make Me Thicker & Fuller!

now, i didn't open it cause i don't open junk email but WHAT pray tell might they have been talking about?

gots me a full head of hair...
recently ate lunch so i am pretty full in the belly....
Mrs Matcom says constantly that i have a "Thick Head"....
