Does anyone have a copy of the 2003 State Of The Union address

on DVD, Video CD or even VHS that they'd be willing to share? I need a good copy for a video project. Everything on the net is Real Video at maybe 7 frames per minute. The Whitehouse.gov version is good quality but it can't be saved. (I can't bring myself to lie to the WH with a straight face for a copy for some good wholesome all-American project). I need good quality 30 frames per minutes, NTSC. All the news outlets want an arm a leg for a copy or even clips.

If someone is willing, I'd appreciate a copy. I'll pay postage or any other expenses necessary.
