I LOVE white cake.

Seems like most people prefer chocolate cake (with vanilla ice cream), but if given a choice, I'll take white cake with chocolate ice cream, please!

I have seen it in some commercial bakeries with the ground nuts plastered on the sides of the cake.

That is too much trouble for me.


I like Italian Cream Cake too.


But sometimes I just get a craving for white cake with white frosting, as in wedding cake. Gotta have it. So I hit Central Market's bakery where they usually have it boxed up in large 3 or 4 inch squares, take it home and divide it with my daughter who is also a fan of wedding cake.

Oh yeah, if chocolate cake doesn't thrill your soul, I have one that will. It is a killer deep dark chocolate fudge cake with decadent chocolate sour cream frosting. Rich, killer cake.

Not your average Duncan Hines chocolate cake.

Try miles of chocolate, too but only a very small piece:
1. it is expensive
2. it is VERY VERY rich. deceptively plain looking stealth chocolate explosion

and who likes white cake
