2. The best one I've ever seen....

was on 6th Street in Austin about 1989....

This guy had dressed up as Robert Palmer, with the perfect hair, skinny tie, nice slacks, and microphone.

He had 5 girls following him around all night in matching little black dresses, and they'd managed to all put on their makeup in the identical way...they even went to the bathroom together!

People laughed hysterically wherever they went. Me included!

5. LMAO :) That's great :). I think the best one I ever actually saw in

person was a dude that went as the satanic teletubby after the whole Tinky Winky blowup :).

He had a black teletubby suit with a pentagram for the antenna and his belly had a picture of Falwell. It was hysterical :

6. I saw a guy dressed up

as Warren from There's Something About Mary, had the earmuffs and walked around asking everyone if they had seen his baseball. It was pretty funny.
