Poll question: Most failed Euphemism for that shithead living in the Whitehouse

Names that were tossed around here with great glee and celebration during their introduction party, but fizzled.

and I don't mean fizzled here on DU, I mean that if you said these things in public, you'd be looked at like a raving nutter

Why do so many nicknames for Bush follow the familar "Blank McBlankenblank" pattern? Come to think of it, it's not just nicknames for Bush. I hear people make up supposedly insulting nicknames for others using this pattern all the time. :shrug:
