Britney says pregnancy is a burden
Britney Spears cannot wait to give birth to her baby and recover her shape

Until recently the pop princess was insisting that pregnancy made you sexy. Now the singer changed her mind and says it is a burden. Britney Spears cannot wait to give birth to her baby and recover her shape. Public happiness of Britney Spears and her husband Kevin Federline went to the point when American television shown six episodes of the reality show Britney&Kevin: Chaotic that presents all the stages of the couple's relationship starting from their acquaintance last year in spring. Britney decided that the seventh episode must be devoted to the delivery of her baby.…

(snip)

However, the other day Britney complained to her husband Kevin that she started getting very tired. And although the child will be born soon (in September as expected), the singer got really tired of waiting for this event. Britney's friends say that she is suffering from gained weight and cannot control her emotions. The pop star is even more irritated by her absence in the top of the charts. Maybe this is what made her ask the recording company to release her new album as soon as possible. Seems like Britney is sick of compulsory rest. She said that she was exhausted and next she and Kevin would rather adopt a baby.…

..Do you mean the same Britney who said this...

"I think we should just trust our president in every decision that he makes and we should just support that."

She is totally brain-dead.

55. Gad, that last month is hell
but those last 2 weeks are like spending your time in hell having to listen to every speech W ever gave.

With my middle son, the last 2 weeks I had to crawl out of bed backwards and stand from a kneeling position or I couldn't get up at all. I thought I'd never see my feet again.

No nanny to take care of the baby (since Lord knows she hasn't the common sense), no personal trainer to help lose the extra baby weight, no money to give baby the absolute best in everything, no health care to be sure baby is properly cared for medically...

... yep, what a burden poor, poor millionaire brittney has been placed under.

My heart weeps. Truly. Really. I'm weeping now.

Not many, but a couple who just adore that period. The attention and some maternal instincts/chemicals and they're in heaven.

27. good point
pregnancy is a 9 month marathon & everybody has their good & bad days... however, Spears' bad days are recorded & documented for posterity and discussed on the internet.

However, I don't feel sorry for her, as she is a multi-millionaire celebrity who has not exactly been a stable personality.

28. You know why I don't feel sorry for her?
She hooked up with her husband when his former girlfriend was going through the exact same thing. He left that woman when she was pregnant with a 2 year old. Not only is he a sleazebag beyond all sleazebags, Britney became a part of it.

I wonder how she'd feel now if he went off and started banging some younger, toned, little hottie now? She sure didn't care how his former girlfriend felt during her pregnancy.

18. Phew! Pregnancy is HARD WORK!
Well...duh. The question is...will she turn it in, when she's sick of it, like Paris did her designer dog?

Gag me with a spoon...what the hell happened to the notion of celebrity and, um, talent in this country? Sure, that's a different story, but I'm reaching critical mass in terms of media intake of entities like Britney, Paris, Jessica, and whoever else is out there in this world of plastic, interchangeable professional bimbos (by which I mean that their primary job description appears to be 'bimbo,' this expressed as a conscious image). I mean, I don't even read of their non-exploits and I've had it up to here with them all...

But wait, they'll have someone else there to raise the child. I forgot. So next time she'll have someone else give birth to the child, too? Minimal effort just to screw up the lives of innocent children.

23. the last few weeks of pregnancy are just awful.. You're tired, fat,
hot and cold, miserable, and worn out... you can't sleep and this alien life form in your gut keeps alternating between kicking your kidneys like a jai lai player and sucker punching your diaphram and you have to pee every 8 minutes.... yet everyone has to bash the gal.

Ah well. Sour grapes I guess or something? I don't care for britney, but she's kind of a pretty normal gal really.

20. I've never been pregnant but I always thought
parenthood was more difficult than pregnancy. If this is a "burden" how's she gonna handle a crying baby at 3:00 am with an ear infection when she's got to get up early for work the next day? I guess that's what nannies are for.

cars more about her physical appearance and status than anything else.

Disgusting pig.

Sick one too. I hope she hasn't drank or smoked anything; I feel sorry for the unborn child. Especially with how Mommie Dearest there is likely going to raise her offspring, I definitely worry more for it than her.

26. Boo hoo!

She has no medical complications. Try being the poor woman on bedrest or becomes diabetic or plenty of other things. She's young and healthy. She just has to think of someone besides herself for a change. That's what's killing her.

And guess what, Princess? Your body changes! I'm squishier than I was before kids in certain places, but I eat healthy, don't smoke, drink only in moderation, and have an active life, so guess what? I still look pretty good. I'm not going to make money modeling or something, but I look better than plenty of women my age that have never had kids.

Bite me diva-girl! :eyes:

Be grateful for your baby and stop being self-centered for 2 seconds.

29. I'm just ROFLing at this comment...
"Britney Spears cannot wait to give birth to her baby and recover her shape."

Britney, honey, I got news for ya... your body goes through PERMANENT changes when you go through pregnancy and childbirth. You are not EVER going to have the body you used to... no amount of workouts with personal trainers is gonna get you back to your pre-pregnancy condition.

Oh, and if you have stretch marks now? Better embrace them, honey, because they're with you FOR LIFE.
