1. Try View / Toolbars and see if you can uncheck it

2. Start ->Settings -> Control panel -> Add Remove Programs -> Yahoo tool bar

3. Turn it off using the right click, then "View Toolbar,"
and then remove it using the "Add/Remove Programs" function.
