That is exactly how they think. I have heard similar types of things before. There is no low they can stoop to in their prejudice that will surprise me at this point. They gripe my ass. Of course, the msm has to make them seem right by only showing the arrests of the black people for looting over and over again. I'm sure you would see mostly white people looting. I don't know what the tourist pamphlets and girls gone wild videos have been telling these people but NO and many of the communities hardest hit by Katrina are mostly African American so of course most of the looters will be.
