Lord Hear Our Prayer

We pray for those who've lost their lives. Lord recieve their souls into your eternal judgement and peace.

We pray for those who've lost their loved ones. Lord lay your hands of comfort and peace on their hearts.

We pray for those who've lost thier belongings and homes. Lord give unto them the means to rebuild a life now lost.

We pray for those who risk their lives in resuce missions. Lord renew their strength and bring their peaceful acts back to them tenfold.

We pray for those still unfound. Lord be with them in the dark of this night and allow them the peace of mind to keep struggling.

We pray for those who still seek out answers to lost ones. Lord grant them fortitude to keep searching.

We pray for those who seek to help. Lord show them the opportunities to help, and bless their souls with mercy and peace for their giving spirits.

We pray for our world. Lord grant us your mercy to survive this tragedy, your compassion to reach out to our fellow man, and your understanding to accept this part of life in the natural world.

Lord hear our prayer. Be with the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
