Does it annoy you
if people mangle your screen names?

If it's an affectionate nickname based on your screen name?

I'm really bad about this.... is it kinda sweet or is it annoying?

People didn't mangle it, but everyone kept calling me mom (over and over). My view is that if you didn't grow in my uterus, I don't want you to call me mom. :D

9. I always refer to you as SarahBelle
because it's too cool a name to mess with it. And knowing where it came from only makes it cooler.

But I do sometimes call progmom "progmama". I can't help it but wonder if it might be a little too, well, familiar. Having not even the most casual relationship with her uterus and all that.....

Mine does not tend to get mangled - it's easily within folk's normal world of usage.

I would guess that it's simulteneously sweet and annoying - depending on the person concerned.
