Is DU fucked today or does everyone have me on ignore?

I've been trying to PM several people... and can't.

So does everyone hate me? I can't believe that - I'm so lovable.

If I had a breath mint, I'd break it in half and share it with you. Not that you need it it, but it'd be kind of a sweet thing to do.

I have button with a pic of a cat that says "If I had a mouse, I'd share it with you". For some reason, it always reminds me of you. In a good way - I'm not implying you eat rodents :)

such as I've never seen in my year at DU, and it has caused the temporary removal of almost every feature I can think of.

I've made the bandwidth argument over and over and everyone said I was wrong. Well, sadly, I'm proven right.

The overwhelming use of bandwith is even more sadly due to the current catastrophe. And what a small word catastrophe is in comparison to the reality.

So I'm wasting bandwidth... because we need a break, we need to be silly and pointless. Even in the midst of horror life goes on. It must or we can't handle the horror. And I can't cry anymore.... I can't.

reminder every 15 minutes to look for your posts, and to ask about you if I didn't see your DU moniker.

But my Exchange Server went belly-up today, so I was forced to go without the regular pop-up reminders, which I usually use as a reminder to track you down and summarize your doings on DU in in hourly newsletter which I forward via PMs to an elite cadre of DUers who are also, coincidentally, your greatest fans! Acrobat format is also available upon request.

But as I said, the Exchange Server failed today and so did my khashka news service, hence the lack of appropriate attention to your on-line persona.

We're busy working on some contingency plans to prevent a recurrence of this debacle, we assure you!

Or you're fired. I can't stand incompetence....
