blowing up a levee to flood the city? They knew they would only stand up to a category 3 hurricane and they saw a category 5 heading straight to NOLA for at least a day in advance and no body foresaw it. Where in the hell are all these plans Homeland Security made to respond to a terrorist attack on a US city apparently all they did was work on that stupid color code. This is the President that was going to keep us safe!!

If I were in a responsible position of government, I'd be ashamed to utter any words in public that implied, - especially in the instance of contradictory evidence, - that I hadn't the foresight to foresee the rather obvious and inevitable with all it's catastrophic consequence.

I even saw a program on what a Cat 5 storm could do to New Orleans a few days ago (I'm assuming it was produced awhile ago) that addressed the levee problem. People obviously knew about this before.
