3. I think it's possible to get your blood pressure up to the point that
you might be in danger... Please take care of yourself, my dear Ladyhawk... Try to not let the stress overwhelm you...it is not healthy... We all care about you here...and to lose you would be a tragedy... :pals:

6. Thanks...my dear CaliforniaPeggy. :)
I can't step away from the computer, but I need to. I should do something totally un-Katrina-related tomorrow. It's hard to look away, though.

Many people die by their own hand because they are feeling those two emotions intensly and for a long time.

 I think it might be prudent for all of us to step away for awhile. I think I'll see what's playing at the theater or something.

I've been sick all day. Heachache and stomach. And a little weepy. And since I DON'T like to cry, that's a bad sign.

12. Try to believe that things will get better
I know it is difficult and feelings for many in this country are currently at an all time low. But surely the people will realise and maybe they already are realising that this government are just evil and they will be defeated. And from the ashes of that defeat will arise a great country once again. It will take time, but in a few years things will seem much better. Have hope and take care.
