I saw the LA gov and the NO mayor begging for help-so the rw bullshit about them NOT requesting help is just that-bullshit.

there's pleny about this on the internets. Try crooks and Liars, Media Matters, Fair, the Nation Counterpunch and Buzzflash for more info.
