3. the DM in my group...

well, i haven't played much the last 3-4 years, first due to my job & then do to my daughter being born... but, he used to say that the way to screw up a group is to throw a woman at them.

Also, several years back, we actually had (gasp) a female player in our group. We later found a new player for the group, but had to kick him out because he was leering at the one female player in our group and it made her uncomfortable. And, she was not the type to complain about much.
