1. Mine never did.

If I fucked up, it was up to me.

My parents also not only didn't cover up for me, but also didn't let me pull any "it was that guy's fault" bullshit when it was clearly my fuck up. Even if the other guy hit me first. But epsecially when the other guy wasn't even around, or was totally unrelated to my fuckup.

Then they got sick of it. Then I grew up.
Babs will live forever on blood, sleeping in a coffin.
When I worked in a nursing home, I took care of a late 50's something year old heroin junkie. I will never forget the image of his 80 year old mother pushing him around in a wheelchair while he waved at the staff.
