7. naw - he's had a bad enough week
i believe he lost at least two restaurants, and possibly a home last week. i feel for the guy.

8. My husband and I are asking the same question.
When 9/11 happened the Food Network made a big deal about how some of their chefs were pitching in with, and helping out folks. So far nada, from anyone at the network.
