I never get tired of listening to her voice. I must have 6 or 7 CDs. Even found a compilation w/her version of "Strange Fruit."

I can't remember the name of it, but you could find it fairly easily if you are interested.

I've always got a song or 2 in the rotation of my overnight show.

Her voice was pure, uinadiulterated emotion; you could hear every crack, the grain, in it. And every single moment of pain that she went through.

if I could locate my LP of it. Long ago I used to drink some vino to get in the mood for listening to Ms Holliday. It seemed to work. But she's so good I can get on her wavelength just sipping lemonade.
