Feeling better today -

We found a place downtown that was taking donations for Katrina victims of something besides money - so we brought them a huge box of baby diapers (newborns to size 4) that our baby outgrew this year, as well as several bags full of baby formula and jarred baby food. Somewhere soon some mothers and their babies will benefit. We waited around until the truck that they loaded our stuff on left the parking lot.

Anything; it doesn't matter how small or seemingly incignificant. If it's one thing we've learned after this week, is that we're on our own in a catastrophe like this in W's America.
