26. This is how I make them
Hushpuppies

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
milk, enough to make thick paste
cooking oil

Mix all ingrediants together and form balls. Fry in oil until golden. Dry on paper towels.

I used to have to peel two frozen blocks of shrimp (over 120 a block) a day at a job I had 8 years ago. My thumbs were hideously raw after every day, and I wouldn't wish that job on most people.

But free shrimp? Mmmmmmmm :9
