This is a marmot we saw along the train route to the summit.

1. Wow! Those are spectacular.
How many mots could a marmot mar, if a marmot could mar mots?

3. The views were beautiful.
A marmot could mar as many mots as a marmot could mar if a marmot could mar mots.

I love marmots. Great pics.

6. There was a whole group of them laying out on the rocks.
They are cute little critters. They sorta waddle like beavers.

5. Beautiful! I have friends in Denver, & I'm long overdue for a visit.
We were out there 9 years ago, and I miss those views a lot.

10. I know. I have friends scattered all over the place.
I hadn't seen this particular friend in a few years. I probably shouldn't have gone and saved a few bucks, but I had the chance, so I had to go.

13. True, but I have to take it easy.
After Seattle, Denver and then DC in a couple of weeks, I might not be able to take a trip until next year.
