I think they've taken a step backwards this year. I think loosing their two guards is going to cause more trouble than originally expected.

Been a beyond-fanatical Cleveland Browns fan all my life..

Im about 35 miles outside of Pittsburgh and in between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Needless to say the area has lots of both fans but the Steelers rule in my book.

He is from here in Tacoma Wa. He showed up on my radar when he was in the European league. Led his team to many victories, an eventual championship and got league MVP. The guy was known to have running stats a fullback would be proud of. We squandered him up here in Seattle, IMHO

I don't think he has a lot longer to play in the league though.

Your new QB looks promissing too. I root for just about any team with an ex-Seahawk. I liked your old running back, Patriots got Christian Fauria from us too.

I wasn't all that impressed with the Raider offense last night. Of course, the Pats played good defense.

And in many ways they worry me more than the Raiders do. But I just have to dish it out to any Raider fan, that whole rivalry thing and all.

Is it something about the costumes?

Could be the costumes, could be their attracted to the bad boy image, who knows. But I have never liked them, ever since the days of Madden and Stabler.

And at every Chiefs/Raiders game, there's a cousin of one Raider or another.

Gotta love the Bills! Great defense...great Special Teams...great running back...but great quarterback? Well...we will find out...I'm not predicting any kind of Super bowl for these guys, but hopefully this season will mature the young Losman...This team definitely has playoff potential...maybe not this season...but I guarantee next season there will be some Bill's domination going on!

The Raiders made no attempt to stop Brady's short passes. And it wasn't like they were rushing anybody in. I don't get it. They had seven players in the secondary, but they refused to cover anybody. They were content letting the receiver catch the ball and then tackle him.

It was as if they were playing prevent defense the whole game.

But I realized I don't hate the pats as much as I did a couple of years ago. And I was very happy that Vince Wilfork was named player of the game.

He's a local Miami guy that played for the Miami Hurricanes, and I always support former Canes.

we were worried in the beginning, as oakLand seemed to march down the fieLd undetettered.. not to mention the freak. damn, he's just as good in oakLand. (did you see the Lick he did take though in the beginning from harrison? i was surprised he got up so quick)

so, they showed the army parade at home? everyone i asked, didn't watch the haLftime show (if you couLd caLL it that).

on a simiLar note.. kanye west was pLaying as we were fiLing in. i just heard peopLe cLapping and cheering aLong.

today, i had on our LocaL NBC news and they mentioned kanye's performance and said.... he was booed by the giLLette faithfuL. they showed some guy booing. i was there, and i'm sure there were some boos (especiaLLy, from the guy in my section freaking out in the other story) but i didn't hear any.

Kerry Collins was right on the money. But he got flustered after Wilfork's turnover, and that changed the momentum of the game.


Randy Moss is amazing, but the pats adjusted and Collins didn't. Unlike Brady, who passes the ball to everybody (reminds me a lot of Montana), Collins kept trying to go back to Moss, even if he was double-covered.

I think the Raiders are going to have a good offense this year. As far as the defense, that's needs to be worked on.

but I LOVE the Steelers! Actually, I love football - period. Rooted for the Raiders last night - and rooting for the Saints this weekend. My husband has a dream football season wife -
