this one is a really obscure, I'd never even heard of it -

"A space cowboy saves planetary leaders from an alien shrinker's army of inflatable females."

hint - its from the 60s (of course)

...according to the only Google match. Interestingly, IMdB shows only an Italian AKA, and it's description/summary don't match.

the yahoo one goes like this: A maverick cop stumbles onto the plan of deadly female alien robots to subjugate the Earth by miniaturizing its leaders and scientists. But first he's got to get past the four-armed strangler and the mad, flesh-fusing doctor! An Italian schlock sci-fi fest with a high camp factor.
