So what critical area/facet of America has Shrubbie yet to fuck up?

So what critical area/facet of America has Shrubbie yet to fuck up?
He's fucked, so far:

The war on terror
the war in Iraq
the economy
the constitution
the people in NO and elsewhere, and through that, the entire country
FEMA
national security
the military
the poor
the sick
the middle class
blue collar workers
the unemployed
minorities
the education system
head start
medicaid and medicare
the environment


Seems like the only things left to fuck up are the US Postal System, social security, rich people, and the highway system. Is there anything else?

6. Well, pretty soon I'm sure he'll figure out a way to make organic
foods illegal, and require copious dumping of pesticides and other shit on food.

Give him time. I'm sure this one is a low priority, but since there isn't much left to fuck up, the quality and taste of our home cooked dinners WILL be coming soon.
