Update on the Glowlights: they have Ick.

I noticed Sunday that my glowlight tetras had a dandruff-like spots on their bodies and fins. Sadly, one did not make it; I had to flush it down the toilet. I've been administering ick medicine ever since. Anyone have tips on how to combat ick?
