I did a bad thing today

I've been without cable for about 8 months mainly because I was unemployed. Well, I got a job last week (yipeee!!!!) and I broke down and ordered cable again. I miss watching hockey, Cartoon Network and Food TV and I'm sick of adjusting the rabbit ears every time I want to watch the something. I promise I won't watch cable news!

Tell me I'm not a bad person. :P

6. I'm just impressed that you got rid of it to begin with.

I know many, many people who are struggling financially but refuse to give up their cable/gym memberships/weekly pedicures, and I have a hard time feeling sorry for them.

8. I didn't want to sign a 12 month contract

and I got three free months of cable and $15/month off my cable modem service. It was a really good deal. Hot damn, I'll finally get to watch a live debate! :)

I remember back when I was 14 and the porn channel came in crystal clear for about 2 hours. My friend called me up to tell me. I kept checking for about a month to see if it happened again.
