8. Tilt your head back and drip the nasal spray in.
Then sniffle. When my nose gets really bad I sometimes have to do that. It sometimes makes me cough when I do that, but it is worth the bother for a clear nose.

Are they blocked too? I have had that bit many times where there is 100% nasal blockage. Not good.

See if you can find some sudafed or pseudoephedrine (nasal decongestant) or something like that at a drugstore or supermarket. way before you get on a plane or try to sleep.

13. I got on a plane today. Let's just say it was like scanners but not so
gross.

Thank GAWD for Robitussin-CF. I picked up some when I got home. I can breathe through my nose and I'm trying to expel plastic like chunks of junk from my chest. :puke:

I am still lingering from a "cold" that I caught from my adopted son that turned into broncitus from hell!!! I am still coughing 2 weeks later!!
