4. It's a cardboard cut-out
His sister filed for the New Hampshire primary ballot.

Raul Cervantes sets up a cardboard poster of President Bush (news - web sites) in the New Hampshire Secretary of State's office in Concord, N.H., Thursday, Nov. 13, 2003. The president's sister, Doro Bush Koch, dropped off papers to place Bush's name on the presidential primary ballot. (AP Photo/Jim Cole)

8. The RNC unveils it's new strategy to at least DOUBLE campaign fundraising
Edited on Thu Nov-13-03 05:29 PM by underpants
They started with not even providing an actual meal to donators instead selling them $2,000 hot dogs.

Rove's Focus groups have shown that W's supporters either won't be able to tell the difference or don't care. Hell they are going to give them the money anyway so why does he even need to show up?

They may upgrade the program and sent out armies of these things at Christmas time to stand in front of Walmarts to collect money, the collection buckets will NOT be red but a new color called "Red state red" so if you mistakenly think they are the Salvation Army you would be wrong!

As a BONUS think of all the free time it will give W.
