Question regarding Bill Frist.........
Did he have part-ownership in a firm that bilked monies out of the Fed. Gov't. by fraudulent billing Medicare or was he just one of the investers? I know the firm has settled suits brought by the Government, but it seems to me that the people at the top should be facing jail-time?

Anyone here have more info?
