OMG I didn't believe it and I CERTAINLY don't believe the caption that accompanies it. Is someone trying to get the message out? Have you suspended all common sense and still think this is possible or that this thread is actually about a government planned, executed, and concealed plan to kill poor people right in front of everyone? Is that it? Are you seriously out of your _______ mind? Do you really want to align yourself with Farrakhan?

Hurricane experts said Hurricane Katrina's storm surges were smaller than authorities have suggested and that poor design, faulty construction or a combination of the two were to blame for the failure of New Orleans' flood-protection system, The Washington Post reported on Wednesday. As you'll notice, the levee has already been breached. If this was the "explosion" that destroyed the levee, it would still be dry on one side.

This photo was taken well after the breech, and I have no reason to suspect from the photo that the caption is anything but truthful. If this were a photo of someone blowing up the levee, then the cityward side would have a lot less water on it.
