Faux News ties Katrina disaster to De Soto, who
discovered the Mississippi River in 1541. Well not really but they just said the hurricane didn't cause the levee's to break, it was poor design.

Hmmmmmm, so they could have broken at any time during their 100 year history it's just happenstance that it occurred during a hurricane?

Memo to Fox: Is Bush responsible for anything?
