Fabulous football food

I am so tired of the spread I do every Sunday for football games. Does anyone have any recipes to share? I will share my staple:

Brown about a pound of hamburger, Drain, add a packet of taco seasoning to meat, 1/4 cup of water and simmer until water evaporated.

In a large round casserole dish sprayed with pam: Layer in the following order: ( all of the "abouts" are your own tastes, my family doesn't like it heavy on the beans, but does like extra cheese)
a can of refried beans (about)
the hamburger taco mix
a 16 oz jar of salsa (about) maybe a little less, enought to cover
1-1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of sour cream ( about)
top with chopped green onion and black olives
Back 30 minutes at 350 degrees
Serve with tortilla chips.

with a good brown sugar bbq sauce simmered for about 2 hours

then copy the recipe on the bottle of Durkin's hot sauce, or a reasonable facsimile, and make sure you have celery & bleu cheese dressing.

Wash down with beer.

Repeat.

MMMMMM....

i have to electric fondue pots ......so i use oil
in the one for the steak and cheese in the other.

a good crusty bread cubed to dip in cheese fondue
is really good....with hot pepper cheese & swiss
thinned down with wine or beer.

Chili. Some good-ass chili. :thumbsup:
